True story: I recorded a 7-minute rant on Facebook Live once. It was about a company that I’d just had a negative experience with. My video went viral and the company heard about it. But that’s not the best part of this story. My unexpected viral Live put me in front of thousands of new people — prospective clients and customers — who’d never heard of me before.
After mentoring thousands of business owners over the last 7 years, I can tell you there’s a HUGE misconception that stops a lot of people from generating impact and income… It’s thinking you need a gigantic, earth-shattering, blow-your-socks-off business or product idea that’s going to solve all of the world’s problems and transform the planet. The fact is, you can actually help a lot of people (and create a lucrative, sustainable business) with the power of what I call “Big Little Ideas.”
Back in the summer of 2017, I hosted a 21-Day FB Live Challenge for the Live Your Message tribe. And the Challenge took off like gangbusters! Over 1,500 people participated. I never imagined just how much clarity and commitment would come through for the people who participated in just a few weeks. It was mind-blowing!
WARNING: I’m going kind of dark this week… we’re talking about everything from the 7 deadly sins all the channeling Darth Vader in your marketing! You might be surprised — maybe even shocked – at what I have to say about creating effective, meaningful marketing messages that truly connect with your audience but I want you to watch all the way to the end. If there’s one law of transformation I know to be true, it’s this… After every expansion, there’s an equal and opposite contraction. And if you’ve ever walked out of a live event feeling on top of the world only to have a massive CRASH a few days after you get home… you know what I’m talking about!
