What does a business coach do?
A business coach helps you decide what to focus on, holds you accountable for doing it and helps you get unstuck when something isn't working. In Momentum that means monthly private calls with your own Coach, small group Pod calls and a 90-day plan you reset every quarter.
Who is Momentum for?
Experts, coaches, consultants and service providers who want to build a business around what they know -- from people making their first sale to owners of 7-figure businesses. There are levels for each stage: Activate ($0 to $29K a year), Accelerate ($30K to $99K) and Amplify ($100K+), with Ascend for $1M+.
How much does Momentum cost?
It depends on your level, and we go through it on the call so you can see exactly what's included for your stage. Momentum is a 12-month program with private coaching, four 3-day Accelerators, tools and a Success Guarantee, so it's an investment rather than a course price.
Do I need an existing business?
No. Momentum Activate is for business owners making $0 to $29K a year, including people who haven't made their first sale yet. You'll need an idea of what you know and who you'd like to help -- your Coach helps you turn that into an offer and your first clients.
What is the Success Guarantee?
If you work the program and don't earn your investment back by the end of your first year, we make up the difference. Working the program means attending your private calls and 80% of Pod calls, completing your Milestones, reaching enough people each quarter and filling in your Weekly Business Dashboard.
How is Momentum different from a course or a mastermind?
A course gives you information and a mastermind gives you peers. Momentum gives you both, plus your own Coach who helps you apply them to your business, a plan for your stage and accountability every month.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan on a few hours a week: a monthly private call, Pod calls, roughly 2 or 3 Milestones a month and the work in your business itself. The quarterly Accelerators are 3 days each.
When does Momentum start?
The Momentum year starts with the Flowmapping & Roadmapping Accelerator in April, and your Momentum Backpack (your Flowmap & Roadmap Binder, Milestone Mega-Sheet and Assessment Bundle) ships to you before it. If you're talking to us at another time of year, we'll go through when and how you'd start on the call.
What happens on the call?
