Our secret? We set ground rules and clear roles, early on with these core questions:
- What’s your work style?
- What’s your role? Tech? Head of Creative?
- What are your values?
- What are your business goals?
Then we had an honest discussion about our answers and walked away with a clear picture on how to work together.
We’ve continued to refine our ground rules so things just keep getting better with time!
