And, as we get started, there are a few details to cover to “dot the i's and cross the t’s” (as they say).

In this document you’ll find our Terms and Conditions -- so you have all the deets -- followed by what you need to do to claim our 4 Week Money Back Guarantee (should you decide this isn't a fit, but we know you'll love it!).

By agreeing to this Success School Terms and Conditions of Purchase & 4 Week Money-Back Guarantee Agreement (the “Agreement”), you agree that this automatically becomes a binding contract between you and Live Your Message (the “Company” or “we/us”), and applies to your participation in Success School (the “Program”). You’re acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement.

You authorize the Company to charge your credit card, debit card or PayPal for monthly installments of $97 for Success School. If you're a monthly Club of Done member, the charge will be an additional $50 per month. Alternatively, you have the option to make an annual payment for Success School, which is $997. Club of Done only has the $50 monthly option as your payment for the Program.

Your Program will begin as soon as you've paid your tuition. You'll get instant access to the Business Launchpad, which includes 5 Classes, the Community and all the tools you need to succeed during your first 4 weeks. The Program will run for 12 consecutive months if you choose the Annual Membership, or monthly if you choose the Monthly Membership. For the Annual Membership, we do not allow pauses during the 12 consecutive months.

You acknowledge that you’re joining this Program for Training and Group Coaching Services. We will provide access to group Training and Coaching Sessions on Zoom, plus Replays of those Sessions, Monthly Classes with Worksheets and access to a private Community Forum.

Even with all of these Resources, your success is 100% up to you, your commitment, how coachable you are, whether or not you take our advice and the action you take. We make our best effort to guide you, but no warranty can be made as to the suitability of the Program for your purposes.

Furthermore, you agree that you are responsible for full payment of all Program fees for the entire time you're a part of Success School or Club of Done, regardless of whether you actually attend Sessions, and regardless of whether you join as a Monthly Member or an Annual Member. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all monthly payments must be paid on a timely basis. You waive the right to chargeback any of your payments. If payment is 3 days late, your access to all current and future Program Coaching, Training, Resources and Sessions will be suspended until you bring your account up-to-date. You will retain access to any past Training, Resources and Sessions you have already purchased.

If you're on a Monthly Payment Plan and leave Success School and later choose to return, you will be required to purchase the Annual Membership for one payment of $997. Prior months will not be credited toward an Annual Membership, which will run for 12 consecutive months from the time the Annual Membership is purchased.

We’ll be sending prizes and bonuses to you by physical mail when you meet specific Program criteria. We will ask you to submit your mailing address to us. If you provide us with the wrong address or packages are returned to us as undeliverable or marked as unclaimed, we will not be able to resend your packages unless you pay for shipping a second time. If you don’t provide us with your address by the requested deadline, we are not obligated to ship your package at a later time. For international shipments, you will be responsible for any customs fees associated with shipment of prizes, or you can choose to reject the shipment should you not want to pay the fees.

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. You agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Program participants. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company.

All materials shared with you are being shared under the copyright of the Company and are for your personal use only, so long as you’re part of the Program and your account status is fully up-to-date. They may not be shared, duplicated or incorporated into any of your own teachings without advance written approval of the Company.

You’ll keep access to every Class that you’ve paid for even if you cancel. However, if you cancel, you will no longer be able to use our proprietary AI Generators for new queries. All previous assets generated will still be available to you.

We’ve made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential. The Company cannot and does not make any promises that you will achieve any particular results from your participation in this Program.

Honoring an Environment of Respect

Live Your Message is committed to providing a coaching and learning environment free of harassment, discrimination and disrespect. We expect all participants to behave in a respectful manner and to not disrupt the experience of others.

Program participants may not show any nudity or explicit images of themselves or others during any Program interactions, whether accidentally or intentionally.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend or terminate your participation in the Program -- without offering any kind of refund -- if you violate any part of this policy.

For the protection and privacy of students, Live Your Message does not allow the use of Zoom note-taking tools such as Otter.AI, tl;dv or similar tools that are used to record and take notes during Zoom calls.

Success School is a non-refundable and non-cancelable Program, subject to applicable law. That being said, the 4 Week Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give YOU the safety net you need to go all in and take big action in your first month -- knowing you can get your money back if you don’t see the benefit to your business after taking action.

This limits the financial risk in joining Success School, because by the end of the first month, if you have fully followed all of the steps (detailed below) and still don’t see the benefit, you're eligible for a refund.

Who can submit a guarantee claim?

  1. Your account must be in good standing and all payments up-to-date as of the last day you request a refund.

  3. Participation Requirements
    • You’ll need to complete any Class in the Business Launchpad Bonus Training Sessions by watching the Replay of the Monthly Kick-Off Call with Marisa, checking off the "Watched It!" Action Step and completing the Mission at least once a week for 4 weeks.
  4. You have NOT received the Success School Program as a bonus; as part of another package; at a discount; as a partner, affiliate or team member;
  5. You received this Program by purchasing it for the full price.

Additional Terms

  • If you qualify for this Guarantee, you’re eligible to receive back only the amount that you paid in legal currency to purchase this Program.
  • All refunds are paid in U.S. dollars.
  • The Guarantee does not cover or include any losses, damages or expenses of any type beyond or in addition to the cost of purchasing the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, any equipment, guides, materials, software, third-party payment processing fees, tutoring from third parties or resources of any type that you purchased to supplement the Program.
  • It also does not include compensation for the time you invested in participating in the Program.
  • If you’re a Monthly Member, you’re only eligible to receive back the amount you have paid into the Program.

Additional Legal Terms

  1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without reference to any principles of conflicts of laws, which might cause the application of the laws of another state. Any action instituted by either party arising out of this Agreement, if falling outside the arbitration agreement above, shall only be brought, tried and resolved in the applicable federal or state courts in Texas.
  2. Arbitration
    1. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement or from your participation in the Program that we are not able to resolve with you amicably, all disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration to be conducted pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
    2. You agree that there is no right to file a lawsuit.
    3. The arbitration will be conducted by one arbitrator sitting in Austin, Texas, and applying Texas law and federal law or regulation, if applicable.
    4. The prevailing party may be awarded its costs and fees of the arbitration, including reasonable attorney fees. The arbitrator has the authority to resolve any and all disagreements, but you acknowledge and agree that no financial award can be ordered that is in excess of the amount you paid to purchase the Program, which is limited to up to $97 per month (if paying monthly) and $997 (if paying annually), or $50 per month if a Club of Done member (paying monthly).You agree that the arbitrator’s authority to order a financial award is limited to the amount of the Guarantee as stated in this provision.
  3. Well-Being
    By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you’re physically, mentally and emotionally fit to participate in this Program and that you have represented to the Company that payment of your Program membership fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.
  4. Legal Compliance
    You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our Website, Content, Services and any software provided therein. You acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
  5. Our Intellectual Property
    Our Website may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies in the form of words, graphics and logos. Your use of our Website or Services does not constitute any right or license for you to use our service marks or trademarks without the prior written permission of Live Your Message, Corp. Our Content, as found within our Website and Services, is protected under United States and foreign copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such Content is strictly prohibited. Your use of our Website and Services does not grant you any ownership rights to our Content.
  6. Errors, Corrections, and Changes
    1. We do not represent or otherwise warrant that our Website will be error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that we will correct any errors. We do not represent or otherwise warrant that the information available on or through our Website will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable.
    2. Live Your Message, Corp reserves the right at our sole discretion to change any content, software and other items used or contained in our Website or Services at any time without notice.
  7. Important Disclaimer
    1. The Program instructors and Coaches are not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or psychological advice, or advice on the regulations of your specific industry or country -- and the information provided to you by the Program instructors is not intended as such. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damages (financial or otherwise), injury or death that occur from your participation in the Program.
    2. While we believe that the principles taught in this Program can be used in any industry, it’s the responsibility of the student to know and understand the regulations governing their industry and how they may affect the application of anything suggested in Success School.
    3. Neither the Company nor any of its affiliates, partners or employees are able to give legal advice about whether this Program will apply to your industry. While we do offer the 4 Week Money-Back Guarantee (Terms above), because of our financial investment in each student, we’re unable to offer any refunds or other guarantees if, after purchase, you’re unable to use Success School in your industry.
    4. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation. You acknowledge that, as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital.
    5. Although this rarely happens, the Company reserves the right to change or modify Program deliverables including bonuses, training, content, guests, dates, times and locations. In the event of an illness or emergency, we reserve the right to reschedule any of the published dates.
    6. We’re committed to providing all Program participants with a positive Program experience. You agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend or terminate your participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of remaining monthly payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the Program guidelines, or if you negatively impact the participation of Program instructors or participants in the Program in any way.
    7. If you and we have a disagreement about any aspect of the Program, we will do our best to work things out with you. If a rare occasion occurs where there is an unresolved dispute, you agree that it will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Austin, Texas, governed by Texas law, with the arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and we will pay the cost of the arbitration equally.
