Who can submit a guarantee claim?

Since we’re taking all the risk and committing our money to your success, the first step to being eligible for the guarantee is to sign our legal guarantee.

And the second is to show your work.

Note: To be eligible for the guarantee your account must be in good standing and all payments up-to-date as of the last day of the program.

You can submit a guarantee claim if you've done the following:

  1. Completed all of the videos and associated actions with the Core Track

    To show that you've completed all of the videos and associated actions you must have checked off all boxes for the Core Track on the membership site by the official end of program. In addition to checking off all of the boxes you must submit your completed homework assignments using the method outlined below by midnight on Friday of Week 12 (the Friday after your last group coaching session). Please watch your inbox for email reminders.

  2. Campaigned using at least 2 different methods

    One of the greatest things you will learn in the Experience Product Masterclass is that in marketing you should never put all of your eggs in one basket. It’s crucial to your success that you run multiple campaigns during your launch, and we will make it easy for you by guiding you through 6 different campaigns to choose from. You just need to execute on at least 2 to claim the guarantee, though we do recommend 3. You will need to document your marketing campaigns along with the results of each. See below for how to document and submit these details.

  3. Attended at least 4 Group Coaching Calls

    There are (12) group coaching sessions offered throughout the program with your Experience Product Success Coach. You must attend at least (4) of the sessions (attendance will be taken by a Live Your Message team member 10 minutes into each call) unless you email us within 2 weeks of starting the program letting us know that you live in a time zone or have a hard conflict that makes this impossible.

  4. Participated in the Group Coaching Calls by Asking Questions

    Help us, help you :) To count, questions need to be relevant to the training and your progress in the program. They must be answerable and limited to the content of the Experience Product Masterclass to be considered as satisfying the terms of claim approval. Since we can only help you if you speak up, we ask that you ask a minimum of four (4) questions throughout the program.

  5. Complete All Program Milestones

    We’ve designed the coaching program so that your progress is reviewed at crucial points in the process so you never get off track and you can rest assured that you’re making the right decisions for your business. To be eligible for the guarantee you must have completed all milestones by the due date and received approval from your Experience Product Success Coach. They will make sure you have a marketable idea and solid campaign so you don’t waste any time heading in the wrong direction.

Milestones will be tracked on a personal tracking GoogleDoc provided to you by the Live Your Message team. It’s your responsibility to update this doc by the end of the week it’s due (end of week is defined as midnight PT on Sunday) and email your Experience Product Success Coach to let them know you’ve completed the milestone (make sure you include the link to your GoogleDoc in the email for fast reference).

Your coach will review your work and either approve it or comment with suggested changes. If you don’t receive an approval, you have 72 hours to make the requested changes and update your coach.

6) Coachable & Showed a Willingness to Take Action

To get the most out of the Experience Product Masterclass and to reach Mission Accomplished, it's critical to your success that you exhibit a coachable attitude and a willingness to take action.

If you’re not clear, don’t understand, or disagree with the coaching you’re receiving, you are responsible for letting your coach know so you can work together to find a solution that will work for you, the market and your business.

We’re here to help you cross the finish line and confidently click the Mission Accomplished button but we can’t do that if you refuse or ignore our coaching or if you’re unable or unwilling to take action on the Program or the Coaching. If you repeatedly refuse or ignore our coaching you’ll no longer be eligible for the guarantee.

How to claim the No-Risk “You’ll Make $2,000 in 12 Weeks” Guarantee:

To make a claim under the guarantee, we ask that you:

  • submit documentation showing you completed all homework assignments and action steps

  • completed at least 2 marketing campaigns reaching the specified target number of prospects (please see Table 1 & 2 below).

We are so certain that if you take each and every one of these actions, you will be successful -- that’s why we’re taking the risk so you don’t have to worry!

Submitting Your Documentation

  • All documentation must be submitted via email to Support@LiveYourMessage.com no later than midnight on Friday of Week 12 (the Friday after your last group coaching session). Please watch your inbox for email reminders.
  • Use the email subject line “EPM Guarantee Claim”
  • Submit only 1 email with all of your documentation attached
  • Include the dates that you opened and closed enrollment for your Experience Product, total sales dollar amount, and dollar amount you are requesting through your guarantee claim
  • Include your contact information – Name, Phone Number and Email Address
  • Include the following, “I (insert your name) am submitting this claim in good faith and attest that everything included here is true and accurate to my knowledge.”
  • PayPal address for receiving funds once your claim is approved

Here's what happens once your claim is approved:

Once you’ve submitted your claim we will review it within 30 days and let you know via email if your claim has been approved or if we need any additional documentation. Once approved you will receive notice via email and payment directly to your PayPal account within 5 business days.

Submitting Proof of Your Marketing Campaigns

Part I: Sales Math

In marketing you should never put all of your eggs in one basket. It’s crucial to your success that you run multiple campaigns during your launch.

We recommend that you use at least 2 different campaigns methods during your Experience Product launch. We’ll be guiding you through 6 different campaigns, and you can choose 2 or more. Keep in mind that some methods are as simple as having conversations with people who might be a fit for your product.

Below is a chart to help you choose your price point and campaign methods based on typical beginner conversion rates for each.

Price Point Typical Conversion Rates

Our goal is for you to become wildly successful. To be able to do that, you will need to make an offer to as many people as possible using all of the tools we’ve provided to you. As you can see from the above charts, some campaigns typically convert at higher rates than others. And you need to sell fewer of your product at higher price points. Please keep this data in mind as you determine your product, price point, and campaign strategy.

For example: If you choose the Fast Results Campaign, it has an average conversion rate of 2%. Using Chart #2 you would find the 2% box at the bottom of the chart and follow the column upward until you reach your Price Point. The number in that box represents your goal number of people to reach for that campaign. If your Price Point is $997, you would need to make your offer (using the Fast Results Campaign sequence) to at least 150 people to get 3 sales. Whereas, using the Start With an Experience Campaign, you would only need to make your offer to 30 people.

Part II: Documenting Your Campaigns

In order to reach Mission Accomplished, it’s essential that you make your offer to at least the goal number of people for each of your campaigns (using Table 1 & 2 to set your goals).

We’ve created an outline for each campaign in order to help you document your results. Please follow the instructions below for each of your campaigns and submit all required documentation for your guarantee claim.

Chatterbox & Start with an Experience Campaigns

  1. Overview of session offer and links to offer if online or on social media (or screenshot).
  2. List of names of people that signed up for a session. List of who participated in a session including the date and time of session and why they did or did not make a purchase using our Prospect Tracking Doc.
  3. Recording of you making the offer to at least 3 prospects. You can use a phone app like TapeACall or recording made on Zoom or other technology. (Please note that you need to ask permission to record these calls.)
  4. Screenshot of PayPal or other merchant account during time period of promotion.

Give Them What They Want Campaign

  1. Link to survey and screenshot or report showing how many people completed the survey along with the results of the survey.
  2. PDF from outbox or email service provider showing when emails were sent out to your list and .pdf of emails sent out including dates sent, cart open, and close dates.
  3. Screenshot or report showing list size and campaign stats (open and click rates for each email).
  4. Link to sales page and screenshot or report showing number of visits during the promotional period.
  5. Screenshot of PayPal or other merchant account during time period of promotion.

Application Campaign

  1. Outline of invitation process including emails (PDF from outbox or email service provider showing when emails were sent out to your list and PDF of emails sent out including dates sent, cart open and close dates), messages, or screenshot of social media posts.
  2. Link to application and screenshot or report showing how many people completed the application.
  3. Outline of post-application process including emails (PDF from outbox or email service provider showing when emails were sent out to your list and PDF of emails sent out included dates sent, cart open and close dates), messages, or enrollment call process.
  4. Link to sales page and screenshot or report showing number of visits during the promotional period OR a list of names of people that signed up for a session. Additional Terms: You are not eligible for this guarantee if you received the Experience Product Masterclass as a bonus, as part of another package, at a discount, as a partner, affiliate, or team member, or if you received this program in any other way besides purchasing it for the full price from Live Your Message.

Under this guarantee you are only eligible to receive back the amount which you paid in legal currency to purchase this program (sorry, Superbux don’t count!). If you are paying with a payment plan, you are only eligible to receive back the amount you have paid into the program less finance fees. The maximum amount you can claim or receive under this guarantee is $2,000.

This guarantee is non-transferrable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser on file.

Graduation & Mission Accomplished Bonuses

To receive your Graduation bonuses you must complete at least 80% of the actions from the Core Track and submit your Graduation Story by midnight on Friday of Week 12 (the Friday after your last group coaching session). To submit your story click the “I’m Graduating” button on the EPM membership site homepage and you will be redirected to the story submission page.

To receive your Mission Accomplished bonuses you must click the “Mission Accomplished” button on the EPM membership site homepage and submit your Mission Accomplished story, sharing how you made $2,000 or more on your Experience Product. All stories must be submitted by midnight on Friday of Week 12 (the Friday after your last group coaching session). Please watch your inbox for email reminders.

Note: By submitting your story on the Mission Accomplished or Graduation pages you give Live Your Message permission to use it in promotional materials both in full or in part, along with your name and likeness.

Experience Product Trademark

When you complete the Experience Product Masterclass within the course period and submit your story, you will receive a lifetime, irrevocable license to use the Experience Product trademark ($1,000/year). Simply complete the trainings and submit your story on either the Graduation or Mission Accomplished page by midnight on Friday of Week 12 (the Friday after your last group coaching session). Please watch your inbox for email reminders.

We’ve officially trademarked the term “Experience Product”® with the US Patent and Trademark Office. The fee to license a trademark like this has been estimated at $1,000 per year, but as an EPM graduate, you’ll have a lifetime license, and we’ll actually send you a physical license in the mail that says just that.

You can use this license to describe your product, program, course or service as an Experience Product, but you are not allowed to use this license to create a training program around how to design, create or market Experience Products. So you can use the license to describe your own products, programs, courses or services but not to teach or train people on Experience Products or any other uses of the Experience Formula.

A Note on Payment Plans

If you invest with us using a multi-pay or payment plan, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information. If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, program access will be suspended. If you aren’t able to bring your account into good standing within 7 days after that, then we will reluctantly be turning your details over to our friendly collections partner.
